Left arm and shoulder needs fix.
The Spell animation needs improvement too.
In the Stand Ready and Attack animations, the stock of the shotgun must be away from the right shoulder.
Also you attached the lower hair vertices to the wrong bone, so not all parts of the hair are not in sync with the movement of the head in all anims except Stand. You must fix that.
Lastly, this model is missing a Walk anim, so you must add one, but make it smooth and continuous, with the first frame of the animation must be the last.

My review on the Walk animation added to this model by whitewolf8...
The shotgun position must be like that in the picture posted by pixelmania.
However, I don't like the footwork anyway...
