Indeed, there is a Lich King in Cataclysm, his name is Bolvar, and the top expansion is still wotLk because Cata has been realised.

Bolvar may reappear in the next WoW expansion after the Cataclysm.
Meanwhile, this model is lacking a death animation. The model itself uses animations used in the Lich King model which in turn used in the final encounter of the ICC instance.

wat is the final boss in:burning crucade?

Illidan or Kil'jeadan... It doesn't really specify.

The final boss of the whole Burning Crusade expansion is Kil'jaeden.
